Some fields like address has been changed from an intersection address to exact address based in PTX and GeoAdress locator. The ones that shows intersections is because we do not have any reference of any point of address; no folio, no GeoAddress.
Fields like Phone and Contact have been updated based in every municipality’s websites under their Park and Recreation Department contact information. Those that doesn’t have a phone number the main number of the Department of Park and Recreation have been record in all of them. Google and maps have been sources for additional information.

Reason: Municipal Park layer, I have been doing a research using each Municipality websites, Property Appraisal application for folios and locations, and Google Maps as an additional source.
Some fields like address has been changed from an intersection address to exact address based in PTX and GeoAdress locator. The ones that shows intersections is because we do not have any reference of any point of address; no folio, no GeoAddress.
Fields like Phone and Contact have been updated based in every municipality’s websites under their Park and Recreation Department contact information. Those that doesn’t have a phone number the main number of the Department of Park and Recreation have been record in all of them. Google and maps have been sources for additional information.
For more details I created a Folder with all documentary documents in PDF’s and word document to support my changes and my adding’s.

Reason: To change the address for Bayfront park from 100 Biscayne Blvd to 301 Biscayne Blvd. Research conducted by Josh Brashears. www.USPS.com does not recognize 301 N Biscayne Blvd (it changes it to 301 Biscayne Blvd dropping the N prefix direction). However, after calling Bayfront Park and speaking with a man named Tim who was extremely well informed of everything to do with the address challenges in the area (he knew the history of the park, the addresses assigned to the various parcels and even meters). He seemed to believe that USPS is wrong to drop the prefix direction from Biscayne Blvd. At one point in the past, he said, after some construction was finished south of Flagler and east of Biscayne, USPS was delivering mail to Bayfront Park when it should have gone to a building south of Flagler (at 301 S Biscayne Blvd). I tested 201 S BISCAYNE BLVD (a building known to exist in PA records) at ww.USPS.com and USPS does NOT drop the S prefix direction. So it seems USPS requires the prefix direction S for the addresses south of Flagler only, and it requires the N prefix direction to be dropped when north of Flagler. Property Appraiser seems to agree with USPS. (There are no addresses in PTX with a N prefix direction along Biscayne Blvd only S when south of Flagler). So the staff at Bayfront Park is using 301 N Biscayne Blvd to avoid confusion without realizing it is technically incorrect according to USPS and PA. Also, the address for Enchanted Forest Park was changed as per the city of North Miami's website, and officers who informed 911.

There is a process inwhich the facilities will be transfer on an agreed date from the management of the County to the Municipality.
